Baa Baaro Rasika - film of Ramyakrishna and Sunil Rao

Dazzling beauty Ramyakrishna is in Bangalore presently for shooting of her new Kannada film Baa Baaro Rasika - very next Kannada movie after her hit film Raktha Kanneeru. Baa Baaro is the debut production of Sayendra Reddy and Prasad Reddy directed by Dayal with story and screenplay. In a set erected at Rockline Studio the troupes is busy shooting and during that Ramyakrishna shared her experience about this film and her role. Before she signed for this film, many directors had approached her with various storylines but none of them were up to the mark she said. Was impressed when Dayal explained her the story and agreed to act, as both her character and script were interesting in this movie. Usually in any film industry opportunities for heroines start declining after their marriage but is not the case with Ramyakrishna. "Marriage has not become a barrier for me" says Ramyakrishna. There are quite a few offers in her kitty. She is acting in two Telugu films against Jagapathi Babu and Jr. NTR. Also in a Tamil movie. Director Dayal strongly felt its only Ramyakrishna who can play the role she is doing in Baa Baaro Rasika and he was even ready to drop the project if she refuse to act he said!

Sunil Rao, a young and talented actor is in the lead in this film. Ramyakrishna plays the role of Sunil's superior in the office. She wants to be alone in her life and at some point she feels the loneliness. Sunil gets attracted by her though she is elder to him. So goes the movie. Sunil Rao made it a point to mention that there is no link or similarities between his earlier film Freaky Chakra and this film. Heroine Ashita has got a strong role here - a girl who takes all incidents of her life positively and has a special place in hero's life.

Baa Baaro Rasika was launched on 16th February this year and the first schedule of 14 days was completed in Mysore. For producers Sayendra Reddy and Prasad Reddy this is not a project to make profit but they wanted to see this wonder world of cinema, which is new to them. These two businessmen are pretty confident about the outcome of the film and expecting to release it in May. Mahesh has scored the music and Chandru is the cinematographer. Ramesh Bhat, Tulasi, Shivamani, Indhudhar, Malati Sardeshpande, A.S. Murthy, Gamesh, Nagashekhar etc are among the cast.
