Chappale - a rhythmic pulsation
You
express your joy or appreciation or support by applauding. Everyone
in general wants to be praised for the work well done by them
and feel delighted about it. Such admiration should come our
way by our own efforts; not by snatching the credit of others
says the new film 'Chappale'. N.M.
Suresh, the producer of super hit film 'Excuse Me' is venturing
into his second film Chappale directed by Naganna, a well-known
director. This film has a very unique story says the director
during its launch last week. Most of the producers say 'we
don't have good storywriters' while 'all producers want instant
stories' is the cry of storywriters. As an exception to this,
storywriter Nanjuda was given sufficient time here to come
up with a unique story. So is Kaviraj who was given full freedom
to pen lyrics that aptly fits the story. In other words, Chappale
is not going to be a premature baby but a finished product
says the team.
Suresh's earlier film was directed by Prem. But his second
film is by Naganna. Still, some key people of Excuse Me are
continued here too. Actor Sunil and music director R.P. Patnayak
are among them. Both are in great demand in the industry today.
For Sunil Rao who has given three consecutive hits, there
are mainly two reasons to act in this film. First being a
good story, the
second reasons is producer N.M. Suresh
who introduced Sunil to Kannada as a full-fledged hero. Preethi
Prema Pranaya was the first hit where his performance as a
third generation boy received rave reviews. Then
Excuse Me and Baa Baaro Rasika as a hero.
And now it is Chappale.
Producer Suresh introduced a promising boy Ajay in his earlier
film Excuse Me. He is continuing it by introducing one more
young boy Ajay who will appear in villain role. Richa Pallod
is the counterpart for Sunil. This bubbly girl has acted in
12 films so far and bagged Filmfare Award for her performance
in Telugu film Nuvve Kavvaali. Chappale is her Kannada debut.
Lets hope, this film Chappale will succeed in getting applauds from people too.
