Time for 'Chappale' - N.M. Suresh's second film
Success in film world is not a phenomenon seen too often.
For some, it occasionally comes in their way effortlessly;
but for some it comes as a result of their genuine efforts,
dedication and novelty. One such instance for second type
is the success of film Excuse Me produced by N.M. Suresh.
As matter of fact, this Kannada film is participating in China
Film Festival. Thrilled by the success of his very first venture
Suresh is now producing his second film 'Chappale' but with
a new director. It is Naganna who is directing Chappale. Having
many hit films in his credits Naganna's recent hit was Kutumba.
Music was one of the plus for Excuse Me. So even for his second
venture the producer is going with R.P. Patnayak who is today's
busiest music director. Others who are joining their hands
for this rhythmic clap are lyricist Kaviraj and writer K.
Nanjunda.
In
yesterday's song recording function it kick started with a
unique way. Everyone gathered there together clapped rhythmically
and was recorded. That will be used in the songs later! Patnayak
is going to use clapping sound as background tune for a song.
Hero of the film is a musician and hence obliviously music
has special importance here. Everyone wants to get applauds
for the good they do in their life. This film is going to
reveal who deserves applauds and why says the storywriter
Nanjunda.
We lack good stories is a commonly heard complaint by many
filmmakers and from filmgoers. The reason is simple "except
the storywriter, everyone else write stories here" says Nanjunda
justifying why we lack the punch and authenticity in our films.
"Here stories are nested to suite individual's
personal image. Things are twisted and churned purely on this
basis" says Nanjunda who exceptionally got a chance to take
his time and come-up with original and creative ideas for
Chappale. Now the hunt is on for suitable hero and heroine.
If its filmed in par with the quality of the story, is going
to be an extraordinary movie says R.P. Patnayak. Entire film
trope is confident on getting a big round of applauds from
filmgoers. So lets wait for our turn to clap!
