Mane Magalu - new film of Radhika

Under the banner of Mahalaxmi Anjaneya Films, Sai Prakash is directing a new film Mane Magalu having Radhika and Vishal Hegde in the lead role. This is the third film of Radhika and Sai Prakash combination. Their first film Tavarige Baa Thagi has completed 100 days while the second project Tayi Illada Tabbali is in shooting stage. Song recording function of Mane Magalu was held at Sri Chamundeshwari studio last week.

Story of this film gives a social message and awareness about Pulse Polio. It's a proven subject in Marathi and Telugu. Eight years back Sai Prakash has directed a Telugu film which was a remake of a Marathi film on the similar lines. Now he is directing Kannada film Mane Magalu with the same story. The film is all about a Polio affected person. Vishal Hegde is playing the role of a handicapped person who suffers a lot because of his disability. When the society and even his family refuse to except him, the heroine enters his life. She excepts him with his disability and brings lots of changes in his life. This film has six songs. Vandematarm Srinivas, a popular music director and singer from Telugu film industry is composing music for Mane Magalu. He has scored the music for over 140 films in Telugu. Mane Magalu is the entry point for him to step in to the Kannada filmdom.
