Film Smile having Shivarjkumar in the lead role has completed background music editing and will be released soon. This film was launched a year back. Shivarajkumar's another film Jilladhikari was also launched around the same time. Directed by Om Prakash Rao, Jilladhikaari was hot news during its early shooting days hoping that it will become another super hit film like AK-47. While film Smile and Jilladhikari were crawling at snail's pace Shivanna's latest film Tavarige Baa Thangi which was launched after these two films has completed 100 days and gave a new turn to his film career. N.K. Prakash the producer of film Smile is now showing interest in releasing his film and is expected to be released in April.

Film Smile directed by Seetharam Karanth under the banner Sri Matha Pictures has V. Manohar's music while cinematography is by P. Rajan. Neha from Bollywood plays the heroine role. Shivarajkumar, Neha, Khushi, Shilpa, M.D. Kaushik, M.P. Shankar, V. Manohar, Lokanath, Harish Roy, Dali, Kishori Ballal, Nagesh Mayya, Biradar, Venkatesh Prasad etc are among the cast.
