Aniruddh, Vishnuvardhan and Rakshita
  Producer turns storywriter!

K. ManjuIts Vishnu time again… but with his son-in-law Anirudh in the lead! This yet to be titled film by K. Manju was launched last week. What is making everyone raise their eyebrow is the story writer! When Munirathna can write a story like Kambarahalli and Ramesh Yadav's story Dasa can hit a century, why not me says producer K. Manju who has penned the story for this film! And he made it a point to mention that he has spent quite some time to bob up this story. But if we have to go by the grapevine, its a remake of Telugu flick Nuvvu Vastanu Ante Nenu Vadantana. And hence, people are recommending him to title his 'original' film as Nee Bartini Andre Naa Beda Antina! However, neither Vishnu nor Anirudh spoke about the film. And so was the heroine Rakshita. The only hint came from director Dinesh Baboo is - 'its a love story'.

When Vishnu is around, it's a feast for scribes. They get enough and more dope to fill their pages. But unusually, he was a silent listener that day! He had reasons to be so… "I don't want to talk because most of the time its
Vishnuvardhanmanipulated as controversies" says Vishnu. "Looking at my vocabulary skill, directors like Dinesh Baboo, S. Narayan and Desai are coming with page long dialogues. If I say no to it, their question is, if you can during a press conference why not now!" he added humorously.

Remakes are not entitled for any government benefits. And hence, many producers are not revealing it before the release. Latest trend is to nest multiple threads from different movies and call the outcomes as 'original'! Recently, during the case of Hindi flick Pyar Main Twist (a remake of Preethi Prema Pranaya), a stay was vacated stating that an 'idea' cant be copyrighted! So what difference it makes whether it's a remake or a remix! For money minded producers its just the business that counts! However, producer K. Manju claims, his is an 'original' story and looking for an apt title.
