Monalisa moving to Thailand
 Indrajith
Lankesh's Monalisa is in full swing. Last Saturday, director
and the film troupe spent some time with us at Abbai Naidu
studio. Heroine Sada was stepping for the title song in a
very nicely designed cafeteria set. This beautiful modern
set has a huge aquarium as the platform. Monalisa has completed
22 days of shooting in Bangalore and is moving to Thailand
today for next schedule.
The way hero Dhyan and heroine Sada are involving and dedicating
themselves in the film made the director Indrajith feel happy
and confident about this project. Though both are lacking
knowledge of Kannada language, they are putting extra efforts
and interest to understand the dialogues so that they can
easily get in to mood of the role. As there is a date problem
with Sada, film troupe is working day and night to meet their
commitments. Indrajith compares his film troupe with Indian
Cricket team. The way Sourav Ganguly taped the talent of his
team members and encouraged them, even Indrajith has recognized
the talents from his earlier project and encouraged them in
this project too.
Dhyan will give much more than what he has given in Nanna
Preethiya Hudugi say the director. In his Kannada debut NPH,
he was portrayed only as a chocolate hero and a lover boy
but in Monalisa he will be a strong and matured youth demonstrating
heroism he says. K.D. Venkatesh has composed a special stunt
sequence for Dhyan. He is a National Skating  champion
and hence the director is cashing on it by incorporated his
extra talent in the script wherever possible which is good
for both! Dhyan has rejected many offers he got from Kannada
filmdom mainly because of language problem. This limitation
makes him dependent on the director. He is pretty comfortable
with Indrajith and the wavelength matches for the magic!
Duplicate Tendulkar and Uepndra are taking part in Monalisa.
Indrajith got three cars designed exclusively for this film.
He adapted everything that is required to make Monalisa a
good hi-fi film. He is confident that this will create a mark.
'Sada who is now known for her performance in Jayam will be
recognized as Monalisa Sada after the release' feels the director.
