In today's market where the demand for Kannada audio cassettes and CDs is declining day by day, film Ondagona Baa has marked a record sale of 1 lakh 25 thousand cassettes and 10 thousand CDs. Yesterday Mars recording company celebrated this joyous event by distributing platinum discs to all key people of the film at hotel Windsor Manner, Bangalore. Hero of the film crazy star Ravichandran, heroine Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, producer Dheera Rockline Venkatesh, music director Hamsalekha, actor Doddanna and chief guest Superstar Upendra were present on the dais. Shilpa Shetty was looking gorgeous in a stunning yellow dress. After receiving the platinum disc, addressing the gathering Ravichandran and Shilpa Shetty asked people to support their films. Rockline Venkatesh who was extremely pleased with this pre-release performance of Ondagona Baa and spoke his heart by saying he gained money, name and fame through many of his earlier productions. But, he strongly felt Ondagona Baa would bring him both once again.

expressed his happiness about the bonded relationship again between crazy start and musical maestro Hamsalekha. He wished good luck to the film and said let this film break the barriers and turn out as an eminent production.

Ondagona Baa is a high expectation film for Rockline Venkatesh. Film that hit the floor in June, is completed in a very short time span. Songs for this mega budget movie are shot in Switzerland. Producer has spent a lot on a huge set setup at his studio. There was a lot of expectation on music of Ondagona Baa as after a long gape Ravichndran and Hamsalekha have joined hands in this film. And of course, they didn't disappoint their fans. Now it's time for Ravichndran and Shilpa Shetty to prove their success as hit pairs like in Preethsod Tappa. Ondagona Baa is scheduled to hit the screen on 23rd October.
